A birthday trip last November was the perfect excuse for a long put off hiking trip to the beautiful Brecon Beacons. Our waterfall walk in the National Park was just perfect.
With Tom taking photos on his gorgeous SLR camera, my efforts seemed a little wasted, so I turned paparazzi for the morning. While he framed shots of the frozen edges of a waterfall, I tried to sneak around the bone-dry woodland floor without the giveaway snapping twigs and rustling leaves- much harder than it looks!
Of course, I took a few of the scenery too..
I even caught a sneaky peek of a heron hunting in the river!
I love my pinhole camera setting. I know its a cheat, using a preset mode on my camera to do all the work, but hey, I need the help!
A beautiful end to a beautiful day- Happy 22nd, Tom x
